This is one of my favorite sessions I have done because not only are Koselig Creative's designs lovely but it also sparked my passion for working with creatives. Through this shoot, I realized I loved photographing products and being a part of cultivating the brand/image of a creative's products. After we did our initial session, Laura, the founder of Koselig Creative, communicated that she didn't envision as much wood in the background of her designs. Due to a lot of printed products being on white paper, we had to brainstorm how we could get enough contrast to showcase her work while still staying true to her envisioned style. While we were brainstorming we thought of one of our favorite coffee shops, Overt, and that they have concrete [or as we affectionally call it - CRETE] tables on their back patio. So we scooted on over there and decided to reshoot some of the work with a different style. I have included both styles of shots below. I love working collaboratively to come up with the best backdrop and props to showcase products so that clients can envision themselves working with you and understand your style.

A few months ago I did an interiors shoot at my home and commissioned my friend, Sarah of Blomst Floral, to make a floral table runner and arrangement to spruce up my home. She is so talented and really made my vision come to life. We did this shoot in late April so the florals were a perfect spring color palette that really got me excited for the new season ahead. She adds so much dimension and texture to her arrangements that is really fun! Head over to her blog and check her out! She primarily focuses on weddings, events and seasonal florals.
